INSPECTION Critical Factor #1: Do they test each empty cartridge for visual AND electrical defects prior to refilling? Why this is important: Each cartridge must be free from electrical and visual defects or it may not work in your printer. A great many ink and toner refill customers don’t get what they want. The refiller fills the inkjet cartridge, collects the money from the customer and the customer finds out at home or their office that the cartridges does not work, leaks inside their printer, has a faded poor quality printing performance. This is because refillers fill inkjet cartridges whether they work or not. Your local inkjet refiller is not a factory. They mostly do not have the skills, the quality standards, the proper management or the technical skills to complete their tasks. Customers bring their failed cartridges back to the refillers and of course the refiller says the cartridge is bad. No refund.
CLEANING Critical Factor #2: Do they use a variety of cleaning systems (Steaming, centrifuge, flushing with reverse osmosis system, etc.) to ensure every last bit of ink is removed from the cartridge prior to refilling? Why this is important: Cartridges that are not properly cleaned often have a shorter shelf life and result in higher failure rates. Customers have realized that a cheap leaky refill is a cheap leaky refill and offers no true value.
